Hifumi sat down and took out her yarrow sticks.

"We must end the schism." the Monkey said once she had completed the reading.

"The schism?" That was rather vague. "I suppose thats just another way of saying to close the divide." He likely needed to hear more about this Hida Hitomi.

"You mentioned a Hida Hitomi? Is she related to Hida Gusari do you believe?"

"I don't...wait" Ren shuts his eyes and begins reciting through the list of ancestors from some of the wedding talk. He mouths the words, dearly trying to remember the details clearly and exactly, cross referencing them as he looked over names and scraps about what he knew.

He finally opens his eyes. "Yes. It was only rumors, but the story was that she was the child of Gusai and Bujiehime, but was never claimed. If that is the gulf, perhaps we can convince the families to acknowledge her. Though, I can see the difficulty in that..."

"Kid like that-" she glanced between a few of those present. Expression lost it's usual spark, and she spoke softer. "Well, my guess is she feels abandoned," she crossed her arms, pausing for a moment.

Shaking her head a little, "Anyway- something to touch more into, eh? Supposedly the ghosts are walking about so.. with what we know, maybe someone can get more out of them now."
