Probably but for this setting they will be quite dead.

Veery late question but ok Once I rolled 60+ to pray the Fortunes to give a background character who died a good destiny. Can my conscience rest assured that the roll counted for something as unimpactful it may be for our plot or did I just scream at the grave really well? The Fortunes are fickle.
